Privacy Notice
Short version: the only information we hold is what you type into the booking form, we use it to reply to you, and there is no tracking on this site.
Who is responsible
Casale Eleo is a privately owned holiday rental in Vicopisano, Italy. The owner decides how the information described here is used and is the point of contact for any question about it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking enquiry form: your name, your email address, the number of guests, the week you selected, and an optional message. Nothing else. There is no account to create, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we use it
Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell it or pass it on for anyone else's purposes.
Who else handles it
Two suppliers see it in passing: Resend, which delivers the enquiry to the owner's inbox, and Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the form. Both act only on instructions and keep no copy for their own use.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in the owner's inbox for as long as they remain useful, through your stay and a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours at any point and we will.
Cookies
This site stores three small things, all of them necessary and none for tracking: one remembers your chosen language, one keeps you signed in to the guest guide after you enter the passcode, and one remembers whether you turned the background sound on. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. The map on the location page loads from Google only after you click to open it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to our using it. Write to the address below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version appears on this page.

A contact address for data questions has not been published yet. In the meantime, please use the booking enquiry form and mark your message for the owner's attention.
